With some work this Morning, it actually looks kind of cute on her...phew!So yesterday I went to my usual hair dresser, and got a great haircut, for a price of coarse. I decided that Hailey really needed to get a hair cut too, but did not want to pay the price. Well, the radio let me in on a great deal-- Great Clips was giving hair cuts for $6.99, what a bargain! So I loaded the kiddos up, and took Hailey in for her very first haircut (her hair grows really slow, so at 3 1/2 it was finally time).
I wanted to cry when I saw the hacked up boy hair cut that the sleazy smoker with press on nails gave my baby. I should have never let her touch my child :) No seriously, it was hard to tell at first, but when I got home I realized just how bad of a job she did. It was hard to sleep last night, I was feeling so sick about it. Oh how I wish I had professional pictures taken first!
Well this morning I feel a lot better after blow drying her hair with a round brush, and making it look OK. Its a good thing hair grows...Eventually anyway.

She still looks absolutely adorable... in fact she would STILL be a cutie even if they buzzed all her hair off.
I agree, those chain hair cutting stores have some shady people working for them... I often wonder if they even graduated from beauty school!

I think that John goes to the same lady. Or maybe all the people that work at Great Clips are "smokers with press on nails"
From the pictures the hair cut looks really cute. I love the short cut on her. I hope you like it as it grows out.

I thought she looked great in both pictures but I know what you mean since grew up going to those chain stores. The short look is adorable on her. I too Love the picture with Travis in it as well!!

Hmmm, so many things I could say. But I'll just point out that my two daughters got great hair cuts the same day at the same place. Maybe you just need to wait for the next girl if you don't like the one calling your name! :)
Besides, Hailey's hair looks cute. You, my little sister just have unmentionable issues :)

I'll never forget taking the girls in years ago to one of those strip mall chain stores and feeling nauseous all night, too, after they literally hacked off Morgan's hair. She had a hole in the back of her hair!!! It was so bad!! But after a day or two, it ended up being the CUTEST cut she's ever had. In fact, I try almost daily, into getting that same style again. LOL
She looks so cute with short hair! Hope you're feeling better about her haircut now. :-)
