Ballerina, and a Birthday

Hailey has been in a creative dance class for the past 8 months or so, and she is so cute when she dances! It has been a pain to drag all the boys to class each week, but it was all worth it when we got to watch our little ballerina perform in her first recital on the 18th. It was priceless, so here are some picture in no particular order, enjoy!

I felt so bad when we had no flowers for her, especially when she asked where they were. Luckily they sold flowers in the lobby, and that one flower absolutely made her day :)

And Hailey had her 5th Birthday! I can't believe it, where has the time gone? It is so fun to watch her grow into the little person she is, but at the same time it is sad to lose my baby girl. She is so much fun to be around, she loves everything about life, and she is a great little helper and mommy to her two little brothers. She can be a real stinker when she wants to, but overall I couldn't have asked for a sweeter little girl.

She requested a Snow White cake, and I think it turned out pretty good considering what I had to work with. She loved it, and that's all that really mattered.

This is what happens when you run out of water balloons, ha ha. They had quite the water balloon fight thanks to Kelly filling hundreds of balloons. Thanks sweetie!

Camping, Projects, and Preschool Graduation

Anyone wanting to train an almost 3 yr. old to use the potty? Everything was easier with Hailey. Sigh, this boy is stinking cute, but he is trying my patience. Seriously, anyone up for a challenge?

I had to post pictures of our Memorial weekend trip to Honeyman. It was supposed to rain all weekend, but we were blessed with sunshine almost the whole weekend, and it was wonderful. The kiddos roasted marshmallows, played in the sand box, got wet and dirty...and overall had a blast.

And for Ryan, this was really his first experience with dirt and crawling around on the ground. He loved it sooo much. He is such a fun, sweet little baby.

Hailey is still so uncoordinated on her scooter, it cracks me up. She is still so little, but she is getting better all the time. Soon she will be keeping up with her cousins hopefully.

I had to follow him all around the beach making sure he didn't run right into the ocean. Oh how this boy keeps us busy!

It was a wee bit on the windy side, but overall dry and not too cold. All in all it was a wonderful weekend at the coast.

And another small project. I hated these pillows, so I took them from these...

to these. Ah, much better if I do say so myself. Now if I only had a new couch to go with them, lol.

This is my top project right now. I found this hutch on craigs list for $50, and snagged it literally the moment I found it. I am currently in the long tedious priming process, ugh! It will be off-white when it's finished, and will match our new table re-d0. I will definitely post the finished result, so wish me luck.

And our little girl is not so little anymore, sniff sniff :( Hailey and her cousins had their final preschool graduation last Thursday. It was so cute, and a little sad for me. My baby girl is starting kindergarten in the Fall. Where does the time go?

I'm pretty sure Hailey was ready for a nap that day. That's what we get for having friends over late the night before...oops! It was my Birthday after all

Look at her toes...she works hard on her form. Hailey is in a ballet class, and they are performing this weekend for the first time. It is so cute to watch these 4 and 5 yr. old girls learn ballet. She had professional pics. taken the other day at the studio, so I snapped some myself when we got home. I love this little girl so much, what a cutie!
